A native of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, Valerie Singley moved to the Charleston area in 1995. During a 35-year career supporting our country’s military, she was known for being relentless when assisting each service member. She joins the Keller Williams Charleston West Ashley team to continue serving others and brings that same unrelenting drive when assisting each client.

She believes in building a solid foundation through education and experience. Her interest in real estate was sparked when she took her first real estate course in 1989. Valerie began her career in real estate as an investor two decades ago. As an investor, she is familiar with the buying and selling process. She also monitors South Carolina foreclosures and has the expertise to provide owners with their options.

Valerie is an enthusiastic member of the community. She believes in lending her hands to organizations to help meet their missions. She has volunteered with many Lowcountry organizations such as Ari Foss Foundation, Derek Revord Endowment, Fields to Families, Habitat for Humanity, and Neighborhood House.

When she’s not helping others, Valerie is enjoying her family (son, daughter, their spouses, and grands). Or maybe, you will find her on a pickleball court.
